Hello everybody!

In these summer days we have an excellent cause for celebration and merriment.

June 25th is the International day of rainbow flag.

Everybody knows that rainbow flag is a symbol of LGBT community.

But very few know the history of creation of this flag, and what its colors symbolize.

• By whom and when was the flag created?

• How many stripes were initially on it and why did their quantity decrease then?

• What does each flag’s color mean?

• Why is this holiday celebrated exactly on 25th of June?

You will find answers on these questions in the booklets which will appear by the end of the next week in all thematic places of Petersburg (clubs, cafe).

Also you will be able to get these booklets in our office. (Ligovsky pr., 87, office 406 (don’t forget your passport to get into the business center).

In honour of Day of rainbow flag we will conduct two events:

The rainbow quest in our city will pass on July 4th.
Roller run (common action with “Open radio”) is planned on the beginning of July.
