We invite you to join the “Friends against Homophobia” video-event, dedicated to the International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia (May 17).

We encourage all the LGBT and their friends to make video messages against homophobia. The simplest scenario of such message is: “My best friend is a lesbian, and I want her to live in a world without homophobia!”. You can film your message with a mobile phone, webcam or professional camera - it does not matter.

The rules are:

- You film your friends/parents/brothers and sisters/some celebrities you know at home/at work/anywhere else.

- They speak about their attitude towards you and towards homophobia and invite everybody to the Rainbow Flash 2010.

- You send the video to rainbowflash17may@gmail.com or upload it to YouTube with a “RainbowFlash2010″ tag.

All the videos sent will be edited in one video and uploaded to the You Tube channel rainbowflash17may. Also, you will be able to watch this video in our site’s blog.

Pluses:

1. The video is addressed to the heterosexual audience. The messages from “insiders” are easier to comprehend, than the messages from “outsiders”. Seeing the heterosexuals on the video, more people will accept the message.

2. The friends of the LGBT are more ready to show their faces to camera, than the LGBT themselves.

3. This video will show that that LGBT have loving friends and relatives, who accept them.

Minuses:

- None.

Let’s make our world better together!
