Coming Out

On October 31 the sixth March against Hatred in the memory of Nikolay Girenko, anti-fascist scientist killed in 2004, took place in our city. Representatives of sixteen social organisations, movements and political parties took part. “Coming Out” participated for the second time, this year as onw of the organisers. All participants were united by one common idea - fighting for society without hatred, for society where there is no place for discrimination of people on the basis of gender and race, sexual orientation and gender identity, or of religious, subcultural or other identities.

the Week against homophobia continues and on this Saturday, March 28, at 6 p.m. we are going to show you the documentary film “The Times of Harvey Milk” by the American director Rob Epstein in the context of our project ComingOutCinema. This film was shot in 1984 and has since obtained many prestigious awards.
